In the years after The Great War, the nations of the world 
struggle to rebuild and, perhaps, rearm. Germany and Italy 
have already formed into an Axis that divides Europe. With 
Russia in revolution, Japan bent on conquest, and the Americans 
returning to isolationism, another Great War seems inevitable.
