Following a nuclear holocaust in the 21st century, the 
people of the world gathered in the domed city of Arafel. 
Peace was their goal but it was not to be. As barbarians 
prepare to sack the great domed city, six groups of Arafel 
refugees prepare to start their own cities. Can they prosper
