"It is the year 2032.  The Macronesian Alliance, 
the newest of the world superpowers, has made it's 
intentions clear with it's capture of the U.E.O. city of 
Hawaii and the Asian Alliances city of Hong Kong.  It would 
seem that there is no-one left to stop their reign of terror. 
No-one that is except the crew of the SeaQuest.  The U.E.O. 
Just completed it's newest of the SeaQuest ships, perhaps it alone
