You begin as the leader of a small kingdom on a barren and
desolate land filled with rocky deserts and empty mountains.
Your first task is to explore your surrounding countryside. Your
second task becomes clear: you must cross the sea and colonize the
fertile continent on the other side. You are in stiff competition
with five other civilizations for this new land. And you must also
face the rightful inhabitents of this new land, the "Native
Continentals," an evil race bent on world domination. Build a
mighty empire on this new continent; defend your homeland;
and fight corruption in colonies far from your capital.
To win: capture the capital of the Native Continentals and ensure
the ownership of this new land for the future generations of your
civilization.

This game was set up with two ideas in mind. The first was the
imperialism of the European countries in the 15-1600s. They often
colonized a "new world" which was already home to natives.

The second idea is brawn versus brain. There are two types of
civs in the game. The colonizers, which begin as small kingdoms
with advanced naval science. And the native continentals, who
begin as a larger civ with no science. However, with the absence
of any rival nations, the native continentals ten to grow very fast.

Have fun, and please e-mail me with any ideas that would make this
a better scenario.
