Version Changes : 1.0 -- This is what you're looking at
		   .9 -- Totally Different Scenario (gave me the basic
			 foundation of this one.)

How to play this amazing scenario:
1. Make sure you have Civiliization II: Conflictis in Civilization
     because if you do not, this scenario will not work properly.
2. Make a directory called "Hbsteel" in your mps\civ2\scenario directory
3. Put the zip file (hbsteel.zip) into your mps\civ2\scenario\hbsteel
     directory and unzip it there (it will do the directories itself.)
4. Now, start Civiliztion II and click 'being new scenario' double click
     on the 'scenario' directory and then do the same on the hbsteel
     directory
5. Now, select the file 'hbsteel.scn' and click 'ok' to play.

How well each civilization plays:
Soviets		=	Fighting Chance
Japanese	=	Good Chance
Australians	=	Fighting Chance
Dutch		=	Born Losers
United States	=	Great Chance
British		=	Fighting Chance
Chinese		=	Quite a Challange
