To activate .zip file properly, place all files except sound
files in a new folder called 1350bc in civ2 and place the
sound files in a folder called sound in your 1350bc folder.

Rules Changes:

1) The tech tree has been changed to reflect a more natural
progression of technology from 1350 BC to 650 BC.

-Ceremonial Burial increases the effect of temples.
-Bronze Working allows the construction of fortresses.
-Philosophy won't allow a free advance.
-You will need housing to exceed a city size of 3, and an
aqueduct to exceed a city size of 9.

2) Special advances

-Assyrians- Chariots have two space visibility and are
slightly better on the attack.

-Babylonians- Caravans treat all squares as road squares
and are better on defense.

-Egyptians- Diplomats have can move 3 spaces instead of
two, and have two space visiblity.

-Hittites- Archers are better on the attack and defense.

-Mitanni- Fundamentalist government, can support up to
six units for free and only a 10% reduction of science.

-Mycenaeans- Triremes don't need to stay by shore, have
better attack, and can move one space farther than regular
triremes.

Problems:
-I'm having problems with the city.txt file, the cities
don't rotate properly.

-For file size reduction, I didn't change some sound
files that barbarians use. Feel free to change the
cavalry.wav and catapult.wav sounds for added realism.

Check out my other scenario, Zaire.zip for a modern day
scenario of the 1997 civil war in Zaire.

I'm already producing another scenario to continue 100 years
after this one ends. It records the rise and fall of the
Persian Empire from 550 BC to 330 BC.
