	NEW TECHNOLOGIES: Scythian bow- Scythian only tech. Allows the production of mounted archers and Scythian archers.
	MISC. CHANGES: Aqueduct needed after size 6 - I put this in to prevent huge population explosions and to keep the scythians from becoming too big.
		       Tech Paradgim of 640- No research to be done.
		       Fundamentalist government leaders called King/Queen.
	UNIT CHANGES: Settlers- Removed. In reality, scythians never improved their land. I also did not want other civilizations building new cities. Whatever land improvements that are destroyed are lost forever. Adds a new element of strategy. Makes scythian conquest more urgent.
		      Warriors- Warriors now have an attack of 2, to make them more useful.
		      Legion- Legions now only have an attack of 3, instead of 4, and can move 2 spaces in one turn. I wanted them not to be too powerful, but they had to have some advantage.
		      Chariot- Too make these more useful, they have a movement of 4. This should speed up battles on an otherwise large map.
		      Horseman- They now have an attack of 3, instead of 2. They were a major force in this era.
		      Mounted Archer- New unit, scythian only. A,D,M F,H misc of 4,2,2 1,1 Free under fundamentalism (scythian)
		      Scythian Archers- New unit, scythian only (duh). A,D,M F,H of 4,2,1 1,1 Free under Fundamentalism (scythian)

	Historic Notes:
	``````````````
	This scenario is based not only on the scythian invasions of the 520's bc, but on the entire era of power.
	SCYTHIANS: These were originally nomads of the Russian steppes. They eventually settled down and developed a large trading network with the Greeks. In about 513bc, a Persian scout "discovered" the Scythians and told them to stop running and fight. Idanthyrus replied that they had no great cities or croplands to defend, but that they would defend the graves of their fathers. At the plain of battle, the Scythians showed utter contempt for the Persians. War ensued.The Scythians loved battle, with men and women being treated equally in battle. They relied on horses and drugs for their sucess in battle. For an unknown reason, the Scythians died out at their peak. It is believed that this happened because they never developed agriculture, and probably starved.
	PERSIANS: The Persian empire, led by Darius I is the most powerful, after the Greeks. After the revolt of the Ionian Greeks, the Persians were brought into contact with the mainland Greeks. War ensued, including battles such as the famous battle of Marathon.
	GREEKS: The Greeks are the most powerful civilization in this scenario, with alot of cities. They were middle-men between the Scythains and other civilizations when it came to trading. They did not war in history, but they might in this scenario as ther are not quite comfortable with their neighbors to the north. While they only became a true republic a few years after the beginning of this scenario, they have this government for the whole duration, and relie primarily on trade to survive.
	OSSETIANS: A tiny civilization between the Scythians ans Persians, they have only one city. It is very well defended, but still a good target. History states that they were not destroyed, but if you chosse to play them, expect a challenge. I did not find the name of their leader, so I call him Ossette.
	````````````````

	This is my first scenario, so it is probably far from complete. Happiness has been set to work up to Emperor level, beyond this, you will probbly have civil disorder galore. For the easiest challange choose to be the Greeks. The Ossetians are by far the hardest, but I think that the Scythians would be the most fun. From start fo finish this scenario took about 10 - 15 hours, but this includes research. The map took the most time, so it is inclduded.
