Type : Civilization II Scenario File
Name : Wing Commander: The Kilrathi War
Version : 1.2 (Civ2: Fantastic Worlds Version)
Created By	: Kevin (DarthVeda) Chulski

Description	: Have you ever played Wing Commander and wanted to take
the admiral's seat for a change? Or have you played Armada
and wanted a little more from your game? Well, here it is!
In this Scenario you can choose either side from the
Kilrathi War and duke it out in the Kilrah, Vega, and Terra
sectors. Can you end the war? Or will it drag on for tens
		  of Generations?
Credits : Microprose, for such a wonderful game, "Civ2"
Origin, for making the "Wing Commander" Series
The Sojourner's WebPage, for Ship GFX & Stuff
The "Wing Commander Universe" WebPage, for Ship GFX & Stuff
The "Wing Commander Alliance" WebPage, for Ship GFX & Stuff
The "Ship Archive" WebPage, for Ship GFX & Stuff
Yet another round of thanks to all those archives listed
above, for who without, this scenario would not exist.
All those wonderful people at the Civ2 Message Board for
emotional support, and some cattle prodding to release
		    on-time :)
Whoever was not mentioned but is in some way responsible
		    for this scenario's Creation
 		  And myself, DarthVeda
And By the Way : DO NOT rob this scenario of its Graphics, please,
ask me if you can use them before you go ahead and use
them anyway. Most of these Graphics belong to Origin
or came from Origin in some way... I don't think they'd
like it if I was freely distributing these GFX to
		  everybody who came along.

Technical stuff...

New Units	: Yes (Loads and Loads of New Units)
New Graphics	: Yes (An Army of New Graphics)
New Maps	: Yes (Of course... all good scenarios have a new map...)
New Sounds	: Yes (Completely Replaced [almost])
New WoW : Yes (Renamed Wonders of the Universe)
New Techs	: Yes (An entirely uprooted Tech Tree)
Scenario	: Yes (Didn't I already say that?)
Turns : 400 (12 months a year... so, about 33 1/3 years...)
Tech Paradigm	: 940/10 (94 times harder to receive advace)
Turns per Year : 12 (12 months)
Civilizations : 2 (Kilrathi, Confederation)

Even more technical stuff...

Made with	: Microprose's CivII cheat mode, map editor,
Notepad (Microsoft), Cool Edit 96 (Syntrillium),
		  and Paint Shop Pro (JASC)
Build Time	: Started in October. Finished on December 24th.
		  1.1 -- January 21st, 1998
		  1.2 -- April 8th, 1998
Known Bugs	: The Confederation has problems with famine due to their
constant 'We love the Admiral' days. This can be helped
if you wish by simply turning off the option of informing
you when the city is low on food. The problem of never
being able to build wonders is still with me in my
scenarios... but it is no game wrecking bug.
Version Changes : 1.2 -- Fixed a dumb spelling error in this document,
and that about raps it up, but I'm sure there's

How to play this amazing scenario:
1. Make sure you have Civilization II: Fantastic Worlds
because if you do not, this scenario will not work properly.
2. Make a directory called "Wcommand" in your mps\civ2\scenario directory
3. Put the zip file (wcommand.zip) into your mps\civ2\scenario\wcommand
directory and unzip it there (it will do the directories itself.)
4. Now, start Civiliztion II and click 'being new scenario' double click
on the 'scenario' directory and then do the same on the wcommand
     directory
5. Now, select the file 'wcommand.scn' and click 'ok' to play.
