(NB: DOWNLOAD BOTH PARTS) This scenario is designed to simulate the superlatively dramatic events of the reign of the Roman emperor Heraclius (610-641), which included the Avar and Persian wars against Rome, and the Arab invasions. There are 9 civs, all playable: the Romans, Sasanians, the Umma, the Pagan Arabs, the Lakhmids, Ghassanids, Avars, Turks and Abyssinians. You are meant to play one of the first three. It lasts over 100 turns, and is won by VPs, Conquest (unlikely) or supreme domination. Enjoy!!! |
