While at Microprose, Tim created a world class operation in Europe where he built premier brands and created evergreen product lines with the company’s classic franchises."

Tim Christian, MicroProse's managing director of European operations, has been named managing director of Hasbro Interactive's European operations. This move follows Hasbro acquisition of MicroProse, and was, according to documents filed with Securities & Exchange Commission, a precondition of the deal. Gilman Louie, MicroProse's chairman of the board, was also promised a senior position at Hasbro Interactive in the same documents, while MicroProse's CEO Steve Race was not, and published reports indicate that Race--along with 40 to 50 other "redundant" MicroProse employees--are on their way out.
