Hi,

   I was playing as the Celts and I had a tiny island as my starting
point(about 10 squares).I could only fit 3 cities on it.My cities were
progressing and growing but I was such a moron that I didn`t build any
of them near the sea.I only built the United Nations in 1990 AD.
I talked to all the other players and I exchanged maps.
A bit later a Civilization put a small city on my continent.
I bought it.I immediately built 10(I mean 10!)transports!!!
I filled them up with howitzers,armors and spies.Then I went on my 
dominating spree.I destroyed the 4 major Civilizations and the rest
was a piece of cake.
