Pounder's Completely Re-done Railroads top pop

Description: I have re-done the railroads from scratch, as I didn't really care for the Firaxis version.

There are railroads interlaced with paved roads, I did not touch the regular brown 'roads' file.

BTW, if anyone would like to add any small buildings to these, that would be great, I would be interested in any further additions.
