  1. ( darkgrendel, 01-22-2000) This site has a good amount of links and a few scenarios and modpacks. It looks nice, but the "Page doesn't exist" popups are annoying (all the pages of the site do, in fact, exist). It hasn't been updated since before ToT came out, and won't be updated again.
  2. ( MarkG, 01-11-2000) Decent civ2 fan site, with some files and a webring. Un-updated for an unknown time though
