A quasi-native species. Awesome Centauri capabilities, can build any native lifeform ASAP, but you get socked badly when it comes to research, as well as commerce on non-Fungus squares.
SE: +5 Planet, Fanatic, Mind Control immune, +2 everything in fungus square, -2 Commerce, Bases may be up to size 16 w/out hab complex, 100% Bonus for psi combat, Morale modifier +2, free prototypes and research time doubled
