Description:
A great utility, a must have for every smac creator. The developer describes "This is a zip file containing 4 files. The MapUtility.exe, a .DLL, and two palette files. It can load a digital elevation terrain map in grey-scale .pcx bitmap format, a Civ II map, a Sid Meier Alpha Centauri map, or a Railroad Tycoon II map, and save in (in any legal map size) any of the 3 games map formats.
