The 4seareps are four sea republics coming to power in the
Mediterranean at the time of the first millenium, The great
Byzantine Empire, though past its prime, still overshadows
the ancient world. But the Turks and the Normans are gaining
strength and the Byzantines are losing ground. All this and
a history lesson make this an interesting scenario.
