Scenario intro: The upper Midwest. 1900 A.D. The states have broken apart and are free. The governors take control and lead their new sovereign states. The stage is set for a "New World Order." The current leaders will reign and, possibly, conquer. The leaders are the current governors: Thompson of Wisconsin, Edgar of Illinois, Bayh of Indiana, Engler of Michigan, Ridge of Pennsylvania, Voinovich of Ohio, and Chretien of Canada. The populations are based upon current population, and the treasuries are the inverse --making the balance of power essentially even. Who will you choose? Who will you lead to world dominance? |
