In the western USA war has broken out in the year 2007. California, the North, the South, Colorado (lead by John Elway), and the "evil" Government fight for control of the west. In the ensuing mess many technologies are lost and will have to be rediscovered. All Wonders of the World have been forgotten by this part of the world so all the wonders are up for grabs.
