Description:
The Confederacy has gained independence thanks to their stunning military turnaround. But the ensuing peace with the United States has resulted in unforseen consequences. U.S. relations with Canada and Mexico have deteriorated, while in the west the states of California and Oregon, plus the Alaska Territory, have set up their own government. Worse still, the Plains Indians continue to harass settlers, while in Utah the Mormon church has rebelled, seeking retribution for past grievances. The past looks grim indeed.
