Authors own description: The aim of this map was to produce a game that would be very involved and ultimately quite long in play, hence an epic quality to the end accumalation of a fictional human history that is being played out. The map is roughly 2/3 land with emphasis on large continents and about 1/3 water. This combination makes for extensive exploration, empire building, and the opportunity to find lots of those minor tribe huts I enjoy so well!
