Creator's description: "A crossover of these themes: Independence Day (ID4), Hale-Bopp Craze, Mars Attacks! and the conspiracy around the Cigarette Smoking Man (CSM) and his fellows featured in the X-Files. The plot is this: The conspiracy around the CSM has secretly prepared the invasion of an unknown alien race. The Aliens would in turn make them their liaisons to Earth's population. Therefore they would be granted an amount of power, no government on Earth would give them." Additional remarks: Very detailed scenario with lots of new units.
