Description:
Creator's Description: This scenario takes as its starting point the situation in Europe as of 1798, more or less. Its beginning is almost exactly the same as the civ2 scenarios pack napoleonic scenario. However, the map is much more detailed, and the game extends far beyond the era of the Napoleonic wars. Using graphics from a number of the scenarios in Civ2 scenarios, this game allows one to play out an alternate 19th century until the early 1920s (for good measure). The highest level of technology is at World War I level.

  1. ( Jacobite1688, 01-06-2003) England will NOT launch any attack on European soil. Unless you are playing as England this ruins scenario. A disapointment.
