Scenario Intro: We're in July 1919, the First World War is over with the Versailles Treaty. The United States are more powerful than before the war, but a new state, the USSR, was born from the ruins of the tsarist's Russia. English and French, both needs to come back from the disaster of the war, meanwhile they have to maintain their colonial empires, besides the China dreams about breaking the european domination over her own country. Germany is about zero, but her re-ecting will certainly be fast, and with it, some vengeful ideas. Finally many countries were unified in a very large, but a very dissimilar federation of nations which want to create a new worldwide order. Every nation is going to travel through the XXth century, to enter in the nuclear age and to reach the Third Millenium. Are you able to guide your nation through those multiple impediments?
