You have been dubded viceroy of the New World by your king, and have been charged with setting up a string of prosperous and strong colonies all over the New World before the year 1800." Additional remarks: This scenario contains special features such as: special technologies for each civ, randomly appearing colonists and money awards for the sinking of merchant vessels.
