All of Europe west of the Vistula is now part of the French Empire. The colonies of Louisiana, Quebec and India are once more under French rule, as well as bits of the now-extinct Spanish empire. The rest of the world watches nervously as French power increases, for every increase for France means a weakening of their own chance at independence, let alone world domination.
