Scenario intro: "The date is 1997 and Canada has finally had it. Canada is tired of being the mouse that laid down with the elephant. Mexico is also looking north for some room and good jobs, like all of their expatriates who will fight as guerillas. The United States is in a spot, will they survive the attack of the frozen beaver and the hot taco?" This scenario includes new units and plays with only three civs.
