What if Civilization and Technology had developed many, many thousands of years earlier, in the middle of the Last Full Ice-Age, when there were very few open bodies of water,
and land masses were connected by Vast Ice Sheets or low-lying exposed sea-bed thus denying the various branches of Humanity the luxury of geographic isolation and so forcing them to interract (for good or ill) ?

  1. ( Giant_Squid, 08-26-2000) Kestrel's scenarios have gotten much better than this, but this is still rather playable. There are some things that make it less enjoyable, like the strange terrain layout and the uselessness of naval operations, but all in all it has good atmosphere.
