Scenario intro: "Carthage lost the first Punic War to Rome, But Carthage has built a new Empire in Spain since then. To try and curb Carthagian power Rome has allied with the Greeks in Spain and Southern Gaul. While the Celts of Gaul and Spain have allied with Carthage. In the Eastern Mediterranean, the Greek Diadochi are still fighting it out. With Ptolemaic Egypt, Rhodes, and the city-states of Pergamum and Bithynia allies of Rome, and Macedonia under Perseus V and the Selucid Empire under Antiochus firm allies of Carthage. Will Carthage or Rome become the dominat power, or will one of the Greek states still emerge as the ruler of the Med. World?"
