It is the dawn of the First Age of the Sun. Melkor the Vala has stolen the Silmarils of Feanor and fled to the immense fortress of Angband. Defying the Valar, the 3 houses of the Noldor pursue him to Middle Earth. There the races of Grey-Elves, Dwarves, and Men await their aid but suspect their motives. Can an alliance be forged before Morgoth marshals his forces and destroys all opposition? The War will end for better or worse in 600 when the Valar will launch the War of Wrath, obliterating Beleriand... This modpack is a 'reincarnation' of the old 'War of the Jewels' scenario. |
