In the year 395 A.D. Emperor Theodosis, plagued with barbaric Invasion from all sides decides to split the Roman Empire into two provinces to be governed by two men. 100 years later the Roman Empire is slowly crumbling, the barbarian Visigoths, Ostrogoths, Vandals, and Franks are prepping for invasion.
