G R Fullman-Hall has created this file.

Modpack with a single scenario posited upon the idea that early in the history of our world, the development and exploitation of Magic replaced that of Science. The tech tree has been changed to reflect this new basis for civilization and all of the graphics have been adapted, with several original units and icons. Players start as in an ordinary game, with only a single city and a few units under their control. All the civilizations in the game have an equal chance to win.
