FORUMS UPGRADED
(29 February 2000, 9:49 EST) Markos completed the upgrade of the forum script this morning. Our Forums are now running the latest version of UBB, v5.44a.

New features:
- Flood Check: A user can not post another message between a period of 30 seconds. Helpfull in cases of spammers. The time period between posts is adjustable, please give any feedback on this thread
- Outcome of the previous mentioned change: no douple posts anymore(we hope)
- 6 New smilies. See the Smilies Legend for more on this.
- Disable Smilies checkbox: you can use smilies but without having them converted to images. Try the new check box the next time your post.
- Full Y2K compliance
- Better security: you can't see it of course, but you can sleep safer knowing that we're always here :)
- Improved search engine
- Location appearing on each post: Your location is now appearing under your username. You can edit this information from your profile. Please don't put anything that will take more than 2 lines in a post
- All sorts of bug fixes

Notes:
- The cookie system has been redone, some people have experienced problems: The script tells them that the username/password is wrong. Simply re-enter it correctly to store your information on the browser again.
-The FAQ page has been updated. There is now a link to the UBB Code page, as well as one to the new Smilies Legend page
