New C3C extended city lists.

Description:
Compiling from previously submitted lists and taking into account the newly added civs and their relationship to previous civs in the game, I have updated the city name lists (available here in either text or xls format). I have minimised overlap, the only exception to this being where a city has been important to two civs but under different names, which I considered to be fair duplication.

  1. ( Sparky, 12-10-2003) speaking as a Chinese history major, both this list and Firaxis list need some major help. The lists use two romanization systems instead of one, which mean there are multiple duplicates with different spelling. Ex: Canton is Guangzhou. The list should be all in pinyin, which is the accepted form today.
