The Balancer Mod, originally created by Monkspider, is currently being developed by Elucidus. It was created to provide a more complete and balanced experience that Civilization III can provide. Adding new units, graphics, wonders, and technology, among other things..

Some unique concepts have also been added in the latest rendition to include Trait Specific Buildings (only buildable by Civs witha particular trait).
