Description:
This program is a must if you want to edit or create unit animations. It's the only program (other then the one Firaxis use) that can create FLICS with the custom header used by Civ3 units.

The first file is the latest small version.
You might need a full install to get it to run, the secvond file is one, not the latest, which means that if it doesn't run with just the smalöl you'll need both.
