A tool for editing of many parts of Civ3.
The MultiTool consists of six main tools:

CopyTool (CT)
Save Game Editor (SGE)
Civilopedia editor
Unit Creation Wizzard (UCW)
Civ2->Civ3 Map Converter
Civilization Diplomacy Data Editor (CDDedit)
TechTree Builder

The CopyTool copies parts of the BIC-files and parts of the Civ3-directory tree to for instance allow new units to be added.
The SaveGame Modifier works with saved games, and could be used both by the *cheaters*, the modtesters and the testers of anything. ;)
The Civiliopedia Editor is an alternative of working with the big civilopedia.txt in a text based editor. It gives access to bold type, italic, links and makes it easy to select a specific entry to edit.
The Unit Creation Wizzard guids you through the creation of new units.
The CDD editor allows editing of binarry diplomacy data files that can be used together with CDT to change the diplomacy of first turn saves.

First file is full install, which is required if you haven't used any version greater than 1.00

The second file is a small install/upgrade if you have the at least version 1.00.
