This program takes input from a loaded bitmap and convert the information in the bitmap directly into a civ3 .bic file which can then be edited in civ3edit.

It can also load saves.

  1. ( Hypnotech 3, 12-26-2003) Only supports square maps. Seems crash-prone and often acts funny. NO documentation comes with the files.
  2. ( thamis, 06-08-2003) This utility is a must-use for all mappers and modders - the only way to get accurate maps! Its only problem is that it only supports square maps and sometimes doesn't convert the map for some reason.
