I probably respect Spiffor, DanS, David Floyd, Jaguar Warrior, Azazel, IW, Dr. Strangelove and Slowwhand most for what they post on OTF. All for various reasons, but all seem knowledgeable, logical, well-argued and pleasant people. There are probably many others, but these are the first that come to mind.

I respect a lot of people here, but I agree that Spiffor stands out -- in the OT. In the CtP sections there are too many to mention, so I'm not going to (especially not since noone here (except from Troll) ever comes there...)
