5 have been mudered by the Mafia
4 have been killed by the townsfolk.
7 are still alive.

If the Mafia wins, he kills everyone and gets away with it.
IF the Mafia loses., the townsfolk who are left alive win.

We could do that but I would rather not. After all due to randomisation of the picking process, the Mafia of past game could become Mafia again as much as anyone else could.
