The crowd gathered to watch the execution of the susupected mafia. First he has his tounge cut out and then he was quatered. Last his genetalia was cut from his body, and he was left to bleed to death. Funny this, it was a really guresome death.

Then an anyonomus voice from the crowd says 'He's not the Mafia' when they turn around the voice is not to be found, some say the village has become haunted by the spirits of the dead.

That's what I'm guessing. If you don't go around screaming you are innocent and accusing others, you aren't likely to be remembered when voting begins (unless you are a moderator ). Thus, my bet would be on one of the quiet players being the Mafia.
