Dlyan didn't last much longer. Ming never showed up, so Makeo built an army of Crusaders to take my cap. Fortunately I had just finished transforming it to forest and It barely survived, Ship after ship showed up and unloaded, and it was so close he was attacking with the ships. It was quite exciting. Fortunately I had been preparing since early in the game since I knew he was so close and had sea access. But I thought he had it. Both remaining pike had no color and either did the caravan that defended against the ship attacks. He lost 22 crusaders between that attack and the one on the city next to it.

BUT THE FERRETS PREVAILED,

Getting used to those settings can take a little while.

You can practice by playing an MP game by yourself with those settings and practice accomplishing simple goals.
Like.
1. 4 cities by 3000.
2. Monarchy by 2850 b.c.
3. Successful barb defense.

Granted, there are legitimate things that can keep you from attaining these goals but if you can do it often enough you will have an idea on what your focus should be.

well, i am out, a slight accident at home and well, lets just say, i broke my monitor The positive out of all of this is that i will be purchasing a new Flat screen.

You don't want to know how it happened either....but for a good laugh, think of a bartender, flipping almost empty bottles or gin and well......you get the point...

needless to say, this weekend i will be buying a new computer screen......

sorry about that lads, its a real shame, b/c i had many boats loaded with catapults "searching" for a certain persons capital.

if i buy it saturday, i will be around sat night, if not, not until next week i guess....
