OK, found another source of the files in this thread:

I can not get these files, from
PROJECT: Altered source files
mss32.lib
They are not around. could some one post these in an accessable area, so I can get a clean first compile.

Unfortunatly it took even without your files too long, but at least I decided to spend that time. 
Just copy these files over the originals in the Source Directories and recompile (It only takes a minute) then take add_str.txt, ldl_str.txt, and keymap.txt and put them in the game directories. It should work. Of course, if you have added your own strings to these .txt files you can cut and paste them in.
