Comrade Micha, in Hive there is nothing called inability. Any comrade can excel in what he does for the party for the party will make sure that he excel.

On the other hand, in the extremely unlikely circumstance that a certain comrade refuses to serve for the benefit of the party, the court declares that it will not be responsible for any potential attacks from a certain crocodile toward a certain comrade.

The party thinks the Comrade Micha could better serve the party and people's benefit by using his time spending at Poly (more than 3 hours mind you ) more constructively, i.e., spending 5 minutes to write up three sentence. First, who is he representing. Second, who are the ones the state is pressing charges against. Third, what charges are the state sought for. Then he is free to fend against the crocodile.
