nah, Ming tolerates some kind of spam... to a certain extent. He even contributes to it when it is not so obvious.

I'd say repeat offenders. By the way, "doing something after being told not to do it" is the same as "repeat offenders", isn't it?

No. A repeat offender is someone who has already been banned, and who promptly returns to get banned again.

Zylka best fits this bill.

Doing something after a mod has explicitly told you not to do it is much more entertaining. It goes like this.
