(Addendum: It has come to my attention that many people on 'Poly suffer from an increasingly common medical condition called hypohumoria. I don't think Sharpton is evil or dumb either. But nonetheless, "batshit insane demagogue" is pretty spot on for my feelings about the Rev.

God I wish the Dems had a candidate like JFK. JFK never bashed IKE or Nixon. He spoke instead of his vision for the future and how he would solve the problems of the day. What a constrast with today's candidates.

BTW, I watched the History Channel special on JFK. While they touched on virtually all major issues in his presidency, they never mentioned one of his most important achievements. He cut taxes dramatically, especially at the high end. As with the Reagan tax cuts and now the Bush tax cuts, the economy took off.

The man most like Kennedy in today's politics is a member of the Kennedy family: Arnold Schwarzenneger. Too bad Arnie cannot run for president.

And, I must say, Kissinger would have made a great president.

You forgot to mention how Kennedy lied through his teeth about the 'missile gap' in order to trap Nixon (because Nixon couldn't divulge how many missles there were due to national security).

Even though I'm not able to vote in US, I'd still vote banana over Bush. It has more intelligent life in it.

Funny thing about politics: I don't care the polictics at all in general, but when the minority of Americans managed to choose Bush as Your president, I felt the compulsive need to vomit... It was a slap in the face of humanity.

Every Democract save Kucinich basically, even Braun and Sharpton, cause you can't do much worse than these guys. As for Bush bashing..there is simply so much to bash..the problem has been how they Bash Bush, what they use as their attacks, not that they are attacking him. I agree that they have been short on putting forward agendas, which they better do soon, but the Bush admin. has been so despicable in som many areas, that how could you NOT spedn your time Bahsing it? Did you know 19 states are suing the Bush admin. to force them to protect the Health of Americans?

Did you know the Military press has vilified this admin. for its cuts to soldiers benefits? And why has the admin. not paid it's respects to the body of a single soldier coming back from Iraq? This admin. says they respect the military..its disgracefull actions toward soldiers, living and dead, shows this a lie.

HOw many times must congress subpenoa this admin. for it to tell the trugh to congress, from 9/11 to Cheney's energy task-force? hey said they would bring integrity to the WH..and they lied yet again!

Afghanistan is becoming a narco-state, the Taliban is regianing some power, not to mention Iraq..In order to rpeserve the victories our brave men and women achieved, we must remove this administration before they undo their fine work.
