Welcome Gladiator fans to the first round of the much anticipated bout between Skanky Meridius and Spikian of Physiciae.

Both contestants are emperors in their own right and have recently come off a winning bout.

Skanky Meridius and Spikian of Physiciae move into the ring and start circling each other looking for a weakness. Skanky spots a small opening in Spikian's defenses and lunges toward Spikian. At the last minute Spikian pulls his shield up into the hole that he purposely left open and blocks Skanky's weak thrust.

Then Spikian started his brilliant countermove as he spun his whole body 360 degrees with his sword aimed at Skanky's head. At first Skanky was dazzled by his opponent's footwork, but saw the move in time to duck under it.

Thus our contestants enter the second round unscaythed.

Welcome back fight fans as we begin round two of Skanky Meridius versus Spikian of Physiciae.

At the sound of the gong, the contestants begin circling each other looking for an opportunity to strike. Both contestants seemed to be shouting at each other. Oh, what was that..."defensive specialist," "little girl with a butter knife." Which one said that?

At almost the same instant each strikes out at the other, swords clanging together and both edges sliding down towards the hilts. Both swords bounce off of the hilts and continue on to the arms of the opponents. Both now have rather nasty gashes on their forearms.

Someone in the crowd yells, "We want blood."

Skanky Meridius has 9 points remaining.
Spikian of Physiciae has 9 points remaining.

Vovanus Scipio Ursacius vs Spacius Cowdius - Round 1

Each opponent starts to circle each other. Suddenly Spacius Cowdius jumps up and dives his sword straight into Vovanus Scipio Ursacius' head. Spacius Cowdius now starts to dance and sing since he thought the battle was over, however, Vovanus Scipio Ursacius got up still rather dazed and struck Spacius Cowdius in the back.
