Put an end to popups!

I voted "it's the worst." The fact that you got pulled over the second time does it.

The tickets were your fault.

Yes, it sucks, but you're the one who decided to speed.

If you didn't speed, at least you would've been late without being $300 in the hole.

Even worse. It's not like they picked you up because you were driving the "speed machine".

You live on the south shore? I saw on the news a couple of months ago that in some places (St-Bruno, Ste-Julie etc...) the cops had these quotas that they had to fill. Today's a friday AND it's the end of the month.

I know... but I couldn't give you a pass on it...

And I do you feel your pain... I was pulled over recently twice in less than 30 minutes earlier this year (both for "marginally" speeding) and talked my way out of both of them, and managed only one written warning

The best thing you can do when being pulled over for speeding is to be VERY POLITE, make sure your legs are crossed very tightly... fidgit a lot... explain to the officer that you have to take a piss... and ask him if he can follow you to where you're going if it's close (or the nearest gas station) and ask him if he can write up the ticket there.

In most cases... they will let you go without a ticket as long as you weren't going twice the speed limit

No, I am on the north shore. And they have quotas too. My mother just told me this morning that the cops will be unforgivable until the end of christmas season....It's to prevent people from wanting to drive home drunk....

So I paid for drunk drivers...in a way.

Ming: Wow, nice trick that "I have to take leak'' thing. Trust me, I'll be sure to use it if I ever get pulled over again....or maybe even tonight.
And BTW, you talked your way out of 2 tickets in 30 minutes! You lucky bastard.

It had nothing to do with "luck"... just being polite and saying the right things

If you are female, you can cry... and that works sometimes... but guys can't get away with that... so instead... PISS TIME Male cops can identify with that.

And one thing I forgot to add... If they do let you go, do go to the nearest place you can find to take a piss and do so... I've had some cops follow me to "make sure"

Common Courtesy can also get you suprisingly far in these situations. Just sit in your car, be polite and respectful, with "Yes, Officer" and "No, Officer" There are enough people who act like *******s in traffic stop situations "Why don't you go catch a real criminal you pig" that they will appreciate people who act with common sense.

This is how it starts.

My boss calls me to get to work earlier this morning because a customer is coming to pick up her new car this morning instead of tonight. So I say no problem, I'll be there in a gif.
So I get out of my house to get to my car but the f***ing garbage trucj is stalled right in front of my drive way...... I wait for like 20 minutes before it starts up again and moves out of the way....Then I get in my car and leave. At the corner of my street there is a stop sign. I stop at like 10km an hour a turn....a f***ing cop pulls me over and gives me a fine of 148$ for not respecting a stop sign.... . That took about 15 minutes. So now I'm 35 minutes late. I leave to get to work but 2 miles after I GET PULLED OVER AGAIN!!!!!! Now it's for exceeding the speed limit!!! 69 in a 50kmh zone!! AAAARRRRGGG!!!!!! . The f***ing pig gives me a fine of 220$!!!! And that takes about 15 minutes too! So now I am 50 minutes late!
I get to the dealer and the customre is there waiting for me....We do all the papers and she leaves for work late because of me.

I think I should have called in sick this morning...
It just cost me 368$ to deliver a car 50 minutes late and manage to get the customer late for work...

¤¢@@¤&%$!//"$%&?%$!@£@£¢!!!!!!! F***ING SH*T!!!!

All your fault.
You should have taken the garbage truck, thus saving time and not allowing you to break the speed limit.

Remember to fight your tickets in court. Once in a while the cops doesn't show up and then you get off without paying the fine or having it blemish your driving record. You never know it might be your turn to win the lotto.

Cops show up to argue speeding tickets in court? In the two states where I've argued, there's nothing but the judge and a bunch of whiny malcontents with pathetic lies - during this one stretch, 14 people in a row claimed that their kids' needs caused them to speed: "I was taking my kid to the doctor", that type of crapola. However it stopped all of a sudden when the judge gave one of the people 2 weeks in jail immediately for perjury: He used the kid excuse to the judge, however the cop noted that there was only one person in the vehicle.

Regardless, is that how it works in CA? Cops have to come in to argue tickets?
