I'm much more interested in personality and intelligence than boobs. If we're talking appearance only, then my preference is "everything in proportion".

I will say that a woman's appearance is only a deal-breaker if I consider her hideously ugly to the point of...FUGLY.
Seriously, though, I don't need "hot" - "average looking" is just fine for me. And it's the "average looking" ones who tend to be smarter and/or nicer, anyway.

I prefer a woman with a balanced appearance. Small breasts on a tall, built woman don't look quite right, nor do huge ones on a shorter, slenderish female. I also dislike silicon. 
Smiles and an animated face are soooo much more important. Which is not to say that looks don't grab my attention, I am male. But during my dating days, just because I looked once didn't mean I necessarily followed up. I would want to talk and find out what type of lady she was, her attitude about life, etc. and then ask for a date.
My nipples are quite sensitive, and oddly enough my wife's aren't, which goes to show you why stereotypes and statistics don't work. We're are both outliers, in opposite directions.  What stinks is that since she started breastfeeding, her statement is "feeding stations." It's simply not fair.

I know a lot of guys are saying that they don't matter, but still a lot of their heads would turn a little bit if they saw a nice-sized pair. Even if a guy doesn't find them especially attractive they're salient enough that he notices them in the first place. That said they're nice but not a top priority, there's plenty of girls with A-cups that I've been ridicuclously attracted too.

Excellent point, girls who're too small too get any cleavage going on are at a good bit of a disadvantage.

Definately, but size (to the point where they start getting all floppy) doesn't hurt.

Agree with you on the overly-thin model bit but can't agree with you on the stomach muscle part, a girl should be nice and soft with a little bit of flesh in the midsection. There's a lot of girls out there that'd look better if they gained ten pounds (and of course plenty more that'd look better if they lost a good bit more).
