You agreed to the original agreement, which gave each of the European nations a city in the region. France and Italy both objected to the other getting a city, so you two agreed to have neither of you get a city. If Italy wants to join the club of traitors, back-stabbers, and liars, so be it.

The original agreement still is fine. The only obstacle is France, since we don't object them getting a city but only if we get none. It seems that France is the one who hates us, not vice versa.

And yes I agreed to giving Athens to Japan ... before they attacked China without reason. How can you tolerate with them what you reject so harsh here?? This suggests that your love for freedom is in fact only a hate for Germany and when it comes to Japan you don't care about annexing and subdueing. And now you call US liar. THIS IS A JOKE!
We can still come to an agreement where all of us (including France and the Axis) gets a city in the region or where only the US as a trustworthy Nation gets Crete, Athens and if you want Istanbul. Both would be fine with me and I cannot understand why you don't accept one of them if your love for peace is real.

Let's devide them among us to avoid foreign influence in the region. One city each. But if the axis powers try to embrace more countries, France will respond by force. Fair deal?
