It's really is scary what a couple thousand Apolyton threads throughout the years can do to you. I had to read a substantial part of this thread before it struck me just how surreal it is to discuss the notion of a gay Santa and its implications.
Big Crunch, I think "absurd" might be too soft a word. For the remainder of this thread, I suggest the word "grotesque" be applied.

is it just me, or did most of you kinda think that santa was asexual? i mean, when you were younger, when you actually believed in him, you didn't really care about his sexuality; now, older, he's a fictional character, and if he's older than you, the thought of his sexuality is just plain gross, whether he's straight or not, and if he's younger than you, you probably don't have much of a libido remaining.
so, like most things that people make issues of about gay people, why? so there's a gay santa. why the **** does that matter who plays the role of santa?
